Maiyashree Stree Samman Samriddhi Yojana
Maiyashree Stree Samman Samridhi Yojana for Uttar Pradesh is a flagship citizen assistance program designed to provide structured financial support through a digital DBT-based system by the Samajwadi Party. Under the proposed 2027 Assembly Election program for the state Uttar Pradesh's 403 Assembly Constituency and eligible beneficiaries may receive ₹60,000 ( ₹40,000 in First phase and ₹20,000 in Second Phase) annually for women and ₹48,000 annually for men, for up to 5 years, subject to eligibility, verification, and applicable terms.
MaiyaShree Stree Samman Samriddhi is proposed as a flagship Citizen Assistance Program (CAP) for Samajwadi Party, modeled on the broader SubhadraShree concept, but with assistance delivered through a Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) framework. Its objective is to provide predictable annual financial assistance to eligible citizens specially empower Female and Youth, while creating a transparent, scalable citizen-support infrastructure.
For a political organisation, the legitimate value of MaiyaShree would be policy credibility and citizen outreach, rather than treating benefits as an exchange for votes. A well-designed program can demonstrate a party's proposed approach to income support, digital delivery, women's economic participation and social protection.
